Totally useless 'help'
I have been having issues receiving OTP from the Verified by Visa service when trying to pay online with my blapsa cards. I can also not manage my Notify Me settings as it is all greyed out. I phoned the 'helpline' where somebody answered (SURPRISE!!!). The persons did not know what Verified by Visa is. After 8 minutes of verifying me, yip 8 minutes!, I was asked to be patient. I ran out of airtime being patient and the call was terminated. Guess what? The agent did not go to the trouble of calling me back. HE KNOWS WHO I AM SINCE HE VERIFIED ME FOR 8 MINUTES! Absolutely pathetic. BTW I pay to be a private banking client. I am yet to come across a more useless app, website, helpline, and organization in general.
