Totally dissapointed with ABSA Home Owners Insurance

Further to my original complaint re ABSA Home Owners insurance regarding a claim I had submitted. After much Discussions and mails whereby they continued to reject my claim and stating that it was due to poor maintenance and fair wear and tear, and with me requesting that they review their assessors ridiculous and insane report which was absolutely incorrect. Finally they must have come to there senses and changed the reason for rejecting my claim, to the reason that some persons had walked on the roof. I rep**** stating that, that cannot be right as each day many persons are on the roofs carrying out repairs or Painting. their reply was that a decision was taken and that they have closed their file. I other words they are not at all interested. I have also sent them a mail advising them that I was not at all happy after all these years and would be cancelling my Insurance with them and would look else where for insurance cover. I would definitely not recommend ABSA for any form of insurance. should you wish any further information please advise.
