Totally disappointing service!

I have been with Absa bank for 14 years, with no problems. Today I see R2100 missing out of my account, when i drew a statement. It says RCCS BOS JHB. I don't have accounts or debit orders so who the hell authorised any payments or debits. I have been on the line with a consultant for the last 30min with no luck, they see the transaction but don't know how to explain it????????? What will be done about this, I will DEFINITELY be moving my account to another bank!! Ridiculous how these things happen, R2100 isn't petty cash to me..
