Totally annoyed ****ed off with Absa

Absa Collections departments.

****ed off called and got transferred to 5 different departments at the last one the lady pretended no one was on the line, My loan account is up to date I made a full transfer today however without my permissionn a journal debit was done against my account, I dont give a dam about the processors all I want is the jnl to be reversed because I have already done my transfer,.
