Total ripoff

I had problems with the car insurance who kept debiting from my bank account despite the fact that I had cancelled my policy with them due to bad service.I used to bank with FNB so I was able to stop debit orders using cellphone or online banking but I couldn't do that on this account which is mailny for savings as I'm a full time student.I then went to the ABSA bank in smith street and asked the consultant to stop their debit order as I now had a new policy and they were debiting from my standard bank account,the consultant told me the debit order will be reversed within 30 days she cannot stop it.I don't remember her name but she also assisted with changing my mobile number.My bank balance is now negative and every cent that goes into that account goes into settling the bounced debit order which the consultant sad she will reverse within 30days.I have student account as I'm a full time student and don't earn any income.This is a total ripoff please kindly cancel my account effective today 12/08/2015
