App**** for an ABSA Transact Saving Account SEVERAL weeks ago & to date there has been NO RESPONSE. Was provided with reference number C-***5 on 1 December 2023 advising that an SMS would be sent within 5 to 7 days to collect the card at ABSA, Durbanville, Cape Town. NO SMS TO DATE. What s**t service !!!!!
