Tortoise service...an old wagon is faster!!!!!!

Utterly disgusted, same ppl in the mall of Africa branch ,waiting still for over an hour same ppl at the question the Manager Mumsy was very ride when I approached her about the slow movement in the question. It's month end we expect more ppl on service, we expect shorter waiting period, surely we pay Absa for service that we unfortunately not recieving. I went to reset my profile at FNB it took less than 10 minute.
