Hi, thank you for your courtesy email. I would like to thank Tshidi for taking the initiative of assisting us with the matter at hand. She should be rewarded for her unlimited efforts. Thusfar she has been the only consultant who has been accomodating and assiting us further through this frustrating situation. She has taken it upon herself to do her utmost to resolve EVERYTHING concerning our complaint.
