Toooooo high home loan repaymenta

I have an home loan with absa for 7 years now. I am currently in arrears due. To the fact that I am paying almost 13%interest on my loan borrowed. That is why I went into arrears now. And again. It's ridiculous they still increase the payments each month when you in arrears. Another thing I cannot understand is that my loan term is 30 years I can't understand y.
