Took too long to be attended ☹️☹️

I know this Covid 19 pandemic has changed a lot of things but the bad service I got from Absa it was way too extreme I had to wait for an hour and it was not even busy ...it's like they want people to give up and leave. I'm so disappointed in Absa at KeyWest
