Took my money

Hi. My account was blocked a few months ago. I had received funds from a stockvel. They blocked my account sent me in circles for over a month they then called me to give me my money and then they changed their minds they then told me they keeping it for unclaimed funds and that they are praying and hoping someone comes for it. I contacted the ombudsman and got no help as well as they gave different stories all round and I have my calls recorded as well as emails.
