Took money into my account within my knowledge

I had a credit card with absa,was debited normal on a monthly basis,however there was inconsistency due Covid you were paid according to number of days you were at work mind you we were on short time.So absa handed me over I started getting call to make arrangements to pay,we did and i promised to pay R2000 by this week yesterday 10 September 2024 when I checked I found that they took R38150,99 from my account please help
