Took a loan from absa and suddenly I became a victim of ***** the very same day I got the funds

I have been banking with absa for almost 3 years,this is the account I use for everything including my salary.never did I have any challenges until I app**** for a mini loan with absa and it was approved, surprisingly the very same day I got the money,I became a victim of *****...I called the ***** centre on ********** 557 and was told that the matter would be investigated and feedback would be provided within 2-3 days or at most 8 days as there was a backlog. TO DATE I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM NO ONE. I repeat, never in 3 years did I have problems until I took the loan.
