Took 75 minutes to update an address

Get your act together!

It took 75 minutes to update my address. The service desk employee had to scan my documents and finger prints three times before it went through as he was insistent on changing my nationality, which he confused with country of birth. If I didn't explain the difference to him he would have changed my nationality from South African to something else. That is a serious potential error that would have caused needless admin in the future to correct.

When that 60 minute ordeal was over, he updated my address. I asked him to print out confirmation of the address change as I had concerns that it was not done properly. Turns out, only the postal address was updated and the residential address was not updated. So there we went again, repeated the whole process over again, documents and finger prints and whatever else.

Walked in 10:00, left 11:15. 75 minutes. That is ridiculous.
