Too many names for an application

Its more of an aggravation I need assistance with. I wanted to get a card but while applying over the phone the system says I have too many initials and too many names, so now I must go into the branch to have them override the issue. I don't have time to go into the branch, is there no one who can get in touch with me and sort it out over the phone?
