Too *********** to close my account

ABSA was quick to get debt collectors to hound me, but when I paid the account and requested for it to be closed, they left my account on hold and refused to pay me my positive balance. It's been more than 2 weeks since I requested for the account to be closed, and I went from pillar to post trying to get my money and get the account closed. It's still on hold but account fees are being deducted from my positive balance. I Will definitely not go back to banking with them.Going on week 3 and the account is still on hold
