Today, tomorrow - whenever
Just WHO is manning the email address ***? I have sent the same email 7 times to this email address - no response. I don't even actually care about my query anymore - I just want to know WHY this email address is published on their site but is clearly NOT being manned. For one of the top banks in South Africa this truly is shocking.
