Today, Tomorrow , Never

<p>Unacceptable service delivery. They promoting the bank so beautiful but when you need to deal with a matter it is another story. I am shock to find myself in a predicament with my application where online advisors and branch consultants do not understand what is expected of them. This is almost a month that my application is still in process and to date no one knows what to do. everything is approved but they dont know who will do the pay out of the funds. this is unacceptable</p>
