To claim is a pain

On 28 Feb I requested my policy document. I fell ill rendering me unable to work temporarily. I was told I do not qualify as I don't have a permanent disability. Funny how when you take out policies you are not explained benefits in detail until you claim and they don't pay. Gugu Qwabe and Margaret Maisela assisted me. Besides being delayed on response they very quick to say you do not qualify. I want to know why I had dread disease cover initially 2010 then it was cancelled on 11 August 2010. I remember my broker Alta Cahill contacting me to say she is leaving the company and to discuss my policy. she offered me life cover of 1 million but other benefits were not explained. Now I am in a position where I cannot work or make a valid claim as explained by Gugu. I requested my policy schedule on 28 February but never received it. Only a policyording document. Today I spoke with financial advisor and upon his instruction I sent another email to gugu for policy schedule at 1pm yesterday with no response.

So what happened to me getting my policy schedule? I just had a call to confirm what I already typed out. This of course just to meet your response rate on hellopeter but what happened resolving the query???? I will be posting this via social media so people can see they should not take out policies with you as you do not respond to claims!

This is really ridiculous! Daphne or Margaret has not responded and you are not following up on them? Nobody is taking ownership and I am very I'll requiring medical attention. There is absolutely no urgency I am shocked
