TITLE DEEDS
On 30/03/2020 CERTIFIED TITLE DEEDS TASK Reference number RM ***
I requested a Certified Title Deeds document from ABSA so that i could send in required document for Pensioners Rates Rebate.
N/B i was emailed the above task reference number and they stated that it would be done within next 3 working days.
STILL NOT SENT TO ME

You sent me an email stating [Be assured that we will provide you with update or feedback by no later than end of day 9 April 2020]
N/B this has been going on from 30/03/2020 when i requested these documents, that means another drawn out 3 days which is unacceptable.
N/B i also responded to your email in no uncertain terms on 6/04/2020 that i required them that day but for some reason or other have not bothered to respond.
I contacted a manager at my ABSA branch yesterday and explained my frustration and was informed that there was no chance that i would be getting these documents as that division is closed.
I feel that i am being mislead and that my accounts and investments do not warrant the attention they deserve.
