Title deed request from bank

I NEED the TITLE DEED to be send to the attorney in order to fix some restrictions on this title deed. i am now struggling 6 months no help if i mail canc@absa they say they will respond no luck. A lady by the name off Karien De Nesschen send a mail to the attorney to say it has been send to Bouwer attorneys 6 months and still not received if you mail her she do not reply even,. I urgently need help with this please !!! i cannot tell you how many hours i spend sending mails to get this resolved and this is really very bad service.
