Title Deed Papers lost

Transaction over Erf 1330 Kenmare<br> <br> We have bought a house last year December and now we are waiting for the registration to take place. Since December the attorneys that we are dealing with have requested the Title Deed Papers to be released of the sellers and they followed up time after time only on 11 March 2015 Absa came back to them telling them that the papers got lost now because of this we do not have a house to move into at the end of the month now the attorneys needs to get the copies from another place which can take 2weeks to find and only then they can send through the papers for registration that takes another 2weeks. now we are sitting in a situation that we do not have a place to stay as we have given notice at the current place we are renting from. I cannot believe that ABSA only comes back to us after almost 4 months to say the papers are gone this is absolutely unacceptable and shocking they are the reason why we will not have a place to stay at the end of the month because they delayed the whole process by not communicating on time.
