Title Deed: No Show

I need to get the title deed for a building that I am selling and I have requested the deed, completed the paperwork, etc. on 17 February 2016 already. There is no outstanding bond to cancel or anything out of the ordinary. However, to date (EIGHT weeks later) Absa has been unable to supply the deed. I have no quarrel with the lady assisting me at the branch where my account is, but I definitely have a problem with Absa's process and service delivery. Two transactions are now in jeopardy due to non-deliverance on Absa's part, and this is not only embarrassing, but unacceptable. Could you please see to it that I receive the deed soonest?
