TITLE DEED

my Dads bond was paid up 3 years ago, we went to Absa and we are told that lawyers have been allocated to do cancellation on the bond and we were given the lawyers contact details, Michelle Pillay from Absa title deeds advised that the title deed is lost from ABSA storages and a replacement instruction will be sent for deeds, now a year later we still have no instruction from ABSA and Michelle is not available on her emails and calls. this is dragging for long, Absa does this mean that Absa's consultants are *****ing deeds? we follow up on emails till this day, does it also mean that Absa somehow in this off *****ing peoples title deeds and selling houses of people **********ly?
