Title Deed copy
I'm a very unhappy frustrated client of ABSA..
Since the 15th of March I'm batting to get a copy of my Title Deed doc (Transfer from buyer to seller) from ABSA. They keep on sending me a mortgage agreement between me and ABSA and when I emailed back that it's not the Title Deed I'm getting told it is.
What the hell! Can't they read! Phoning is a nightmare! Talking to 20 people at call centre and no luck. Just receiving emails with a number and that a consultant will attend to my query. Still waiting!
Their service really bad.
