Time waster and arrogant staff

Coming to this bank has proven time wasteful you queue for what seems like endless time capable people standing around but choose to go home without sorting Came in for a collection am standing here 45 minutes later and still no assistance. This branch used to be a joy to come to but the arrogance of the staff is coming to light. A collection is not rocket science I can even compare this to a home affairs! Disappointing service
