Time to dump ABSA

From all the departments at ABSA, I have to say, the home loans department has been the most problematic, though I have received poor service from others as well, from a personal banker who is never available & doesn't return calls to being turned down for a home loan for \poor credit history"which turned out to be an error and was only resolved when I raised it with the CEO's office"
