I have never had to deal with such a rude person in my whole life. my account was in arrears for 1 month which I made payment arrangement for 3 months which was for R1095 after the last payment I called requesting my paid up letter from Thys Van Rooyen which he said he was driving and I should call the call center which I did that's when I was told I still owe +-R56 I was advised to give him call which I did and he told me he was driving to Bela Bela he cant talk I should sent him an sms which I did today and he called me after explain to him about the R56 I just said its not his problem and his going to cut the call as his not interest in assisting me anymore , I then told him he should know how to assist me as i made the arrangement with him, he kept on saying its not his problem and call the call. his name is Thys Van Rooyen his number is *** email ***
