Thumbs up to Hello Peter!

Dear Hello Peter This is a good platform to lodge complaints. I complained about poor service by ABSA about three weeks ago. Ten minutes after lodging the complaint someone from ABSA contacted me, after I had tried to contact them on numerous occasions. To make a long story short, lets just say the matter has been resolved yesterday. Finally my account is closed. And its all thanks to this platform!
