Threats after non existant service

Nov 2014 I lost my job. Overdraft had insurance (loss of income added by Absa). When I tried to claim after I lost my job, Absa refused payment. In the meantime Absa was Executors of my mother's Estate. This would have paid my debts to Absa. Absa left the estate for 10 months without even reporting it to the Master. Executorship was then taken from them. On request that Absa (due to their incompetence and them putting me in a situation where I could not pay my accounts) my accounts be put on hold and legal action not taken until the newly appointed Lawyers completed the very simple estate. I wrote to Maria Ramos but my mails are blocked at some level and are simply not escalated to her. I was emailed yesterday by Charmaine Sharp that legal action will be taken if guarantees are not provided and today again that the query has now been closed. The only guarantee I can provide is that my mom's estate will not sit on someone's desk for 10 months as was the case with Absa and that my debt would then be paid. Absa is simply not interested in taking responsibility for their part in this mess. I'm simply to accept I will loose my house.
