Threatening my three year old child

I'd like to bring this to managements attention but the pertictic service we got today at the ABSA branch in Sandridge shopping Center in Midrand is something that really needs to be sloved. Firstly we are customers and we come to the branch to get help not to annoy your staff bit if they are feeling irritated by us coming to the branch then they should look for other jobs and let people whom wanna serve people with respect and dignity not the trashy attitude we deal with there. And its not the first time this is happening just that now my 3 year old daughter was been threatened to call the security for her i mean the frustration of standing for hours in the line then being told they will call security for her thats a bit pushing it to the limit. I'm closing my account this week and rather take my business somewhere else.
