Threatening lawyers over bank account

I haven't been working since October last year. So because I have a cheque account with Absa they have been calling me for the last three months over an account fee. Now I have been handed over to lawyers. Seriously Absa how pathetic is this. If this was a store account I would of understood but for a R150 account fee to keep the account open and you take me to MBD lawyers. I have spoken to consultants over numerous occasions when they called me and I told them I am not working. I am extremely ****ed off. This is a bank account not a store account.
