Threatening and intimidating behavior

ABSA has been threatening me to the point where we can take no more over our home loan. Last year my husband lost his job. We continued to sc**** by until we could no more. I contacted the bank wrt the matter & said that I will pay monthly little by little but I will pay. I just about killed myself trying. Some days not eating so I can pay. I kept paying a much as poss. But the threats kept coming. I wrote to ABSA and said that I cannot take it anymore, I needed help. I asked if I could pay a reduced amount for 3 months to just try and catch up and ABSA 3 - 6 months 50% pmt. But because I said that I needed to try and catch up on other debts also in this period I was told no. Because I had continued to pay I was told that I had to just proceed. Then Tyron starts telling me he will come to my house and make me sign papers. If I don't pay 1 pmt at a time from 1 Mrch he will sell my house. I pay each 2 weeks. Jan was tough but I always pay. How can you say I must sell my house or you will put me out? I want that in writing because you have no right, because I pay! The ************, lies, threats are unbearable. U have pushed me to my end. I cannot anymore. U can see I try, u see money
