Threatened and Unfairly Treated.

I am threatened by Absa bank after I heard disturbing information of *****ulent activities happening at Absa on life policies by consultant and this was heard through a call that was neglected. I was called by Absa after my callback request and transferred to life department that is to assist with my policy, call was live, staff was on a meeting while this particular consultant preferred to take a personal call talk to her boyfriend than me I had to hold and listen to adults talking because I am a child according to them I should not disturb adults while talking, I am not being attended to I kept on saying Helooo and calling on a name of one of the staff members in a meeting I overheard heard… this was a long wait on this call listening to what is happening and listening to the consultants talking to her ***** on her personal cell phone, then I am told she was not aware of the call since there was a meeting. Consultant was supposed to answer since she was left to be one of the few who will multitask answer calls and be in a meeting but she failed to do any of these instead she managed to be aware of her personal cell phone when boyfriend called. I then spoke to her after all this, I requested to speak to a manager she denied me the chance with excuses and she dropped the call. When I filled a complaint with complaints department, I was told since I recorded the call should I grant social media access to the info I have the will be consequences to follow, I have proof of such communication the investigating person from Absa complaints even called me from their personal cellphone I trust this was to warn me of the consequences, why didn’t they call me from a work telephone it means they wanted to warn me in private what would happen to me if I post the information. I am scared of this Bank I am really hoping South African law will protect me because I am not at fault Absa was negligent what should I have done? Dropped the call , Noooo because calling Absa is not free it’s charged I don’t have airtime hence I opted for a call back request. This has cost me too much distress and inconvenience, I hope someone can reach out and help me deal with this matter. I am so distressed, inconvenienced and disrespected. It is time we South African start to take complains to another level, such people respond to complaints any how they want because they know we are easily defeated and we fear them because they are the big people. Can anyone help me deal with this please.
