Please explain to me how you can send my vehicle finance over to collections after it was written off? you received your money from the insurance and yes the credit shortfall was a mess due to Hyundai not telling me it was a separate policy, so I am owing just over 10k and I have been paying the new instalment that you put in place and that just stopped deducting, so I loaded it manually and have paid via eft, now that I wanted to check what the settlement would be incase I do happen to get the money I was told that my account was handed over to collections, as far as i know I didn't default and was honouring the contract and if i wanted to pay the 10k over the remaining duration of my finance agreement that is my right, you can't come and just feel like you need to bully people to force them to pay the 10k if they are not in that position
