This needs the attention of Absa CEO

I received a message on my cell phone from Absa stating thank you for taking up a flexible debit order on my personal loan namely 24th Dec. As i am a pensioner this is ridiculous, i am 66 years old,my money comes in on the 1st. I phoned absa and the lady said she would come back to me, 5 days ago.,which nobody did. I keep having problems with Absa staff and their inability to do anything with this personal loan correctly. I have reviewed Absa twice before about this loan , received e-mails back from everyone but the tea boy. I was blacklisted during the first lockdown although i received debt relief from Absa and am at the moment busy trying to sort Absa,s mess out with experian and clear score. Needless to say it is ranked very low out of all the banks in my books

My debit order plays yoyo with Absa starting in Dec 2019,when the same occurred and Lebogang Mashiane on ref :C-***4 assured me that my debit orders go off on the last day of every month. Here we go again for the 6th time: In Dec 2019 a payment holiday was granted on my personal loan for which i did not request, after numerous letters it was cancelled, only to have my debit order changed to the 13th.Then it was reverted back to the 30th but the debit order was cancelled. As i am 66years old ,i did not notice if either the payment holiday was just moved up or what happened.Next i received a call from absa collections stating i was behind. I agreed to increase my payments to R1100 until the deficit was cleared. 3 payments were made of R1100 and then covid struck, and Absa granted me debt relief for 3 months. In July i received a letter from Nick Nkosi telling me my personal loan was restructured and from Aug 29th. My payment would be R946, which i paid until now and until loan is paid up. In the interim i was blacklisted due to Absa,s inability to correct matters on clear score (experian) i was blaclisted even though i received debt relief from Absa. From Jan 2020 i have spoken to and received e-mails from Lebogang Maqshiane C-***4, Contact card: ***,,Refiloe Nqhome *** case administrator. Zimkita Cewana complaints resolution, Head office and in store queries and nobody did anything other than to blacklist me. Until Nick Nkosi restructured the personal loan. However the period from January 2020 until July 2020 my credit score has been affected and i want my credit score cleared .I have now contacted Clear score and experian with all payment documentation and the period i was blacklisted while i had received debt relief from Absa. My next step will be the ombudsman. And to crown it all my debit order has again been moved forward to the 24th Dec and not the last day of the month.
