This is getting tired and I want access to my money and account.

I complained about ABSA being of absolutely bo use or help by trying to get a new card issued and to gain access to my internet banking and cell phone banking. They reacted swiftly but couldn't assist me. Made a lot of promises and from thereon absolutely nothing further happened. Why do I have to complain a second time here to get assistance?
