Hi my car was volunteeringly repossed a week ago I contacted you on Monday the 24/05/21 was told I can't settle the acc because you gues are waiting for the final settlement and it's coming on Wednesday so I should phone back then which I did and was then told that you will email it to me. Thursday I founded nothing happened Friday the same Monday I was told that I should phone the next day. Today you sent me a settlement amount which is Ludacris. Firstly I'm being billed for storage till the 9th secondly since when does my insurance on the vechile form part of a repossing amount. I only paid the vechile installment I. Missed I will not pay the 3rd party sundries insurances on the 3rd party insurances like smash n grab extended warranty services on the vechile. I paid the oweing vechile installments the car is up to date but now you don't want to release my vechile because my smash n grab, Extended warranty service and shortfall policy is not up to date. Seriously you going to auction of my vechile that's up to date because of 3rd party policies not being up to date????????
