Third Complaint
This is my third complaint and I will continue to complain every week until this matter is resolved. I refuse to be ignored and treated this way. Your level of service is unacceptable. The fact that no one ever calls you and you only get to deal with nameless emails is also unacceptable. You have not followed through on any promises you make on your website or any of your replies via email, social media or on this platform. This company should be reported to the Consumer Complaints Commission.
