******* they ***** your money

My credit card was paid in full in Jan 2020, there was exstra paid.in feb 2020 ***** was commited on my credit card every month,when i saw it i visited the branch and they informend me to send a mail to the ***** department,infact when i saw there was movement on my credit card i paid R800 so account would still be active,for a trip that is planed for,absa accepts the *****,but refuses to refund my R800 total is +_ R 5000.00,they say its interest..bull ****...how can that be.ABSA is *****ing my money, ABSA has been calling me and mailing me,a Karen Jonker sent me a mail and informed me its interest....that is utter bull****...i want my money back......i don't trust ABSA...and please anybody reading this...please make use of another bank...ABSA will ***** your money ...
