I lodged a query with Absa bank yesterday regarding R20 000.00 that has simply disappeared out of my account!! It was there 9 days ago, and despite no transactions showing on the account, it is no longer there!!

It is now more than 24 hours later and still no response from a human being - only the computer generated acknowledgement of my query!!

This is NOT very professional guys!!! Get with the program, or else some poor innocent Absa CEO is going to hear from me soon, and it won't be via email either!!!
