they will not write my name on the card

i am asking for absa to change my account from a student debit card to a platinum cheque card, and i want my name on the card they telling me i need to go to the branch when i get they tell them i need my name on the card than come back after 4 to 7 working days to collect my card that has my name, i am asking them to do all that so i can just go once to collect my card hence i called them they after refusing they say i have to wait my time going to the bank and standing in queues twice. <br> <br> if this does not resolve the issue, i am moving to another bank where i will get better service.
