they make me call them ever month!

my contract with David Glen International security services ended on the 31st of May 2014, I had been contributing for providend fund every month through my employer. they paid me out a 'partial payment' a month or so later. I have been calling them every month since then and they keep telling me to call for the rest of the payment, no one tells me why the delay. I just need my money or atleast tell me what's going on. I am now tired of constantly calling them.
