On the 20 th of May I discovered that my debit dates are still set on 20th. When my pay date changed to the 30th I informed the bank 7 January. When I pulled a statement I notice Absa didn't change my dates and try to blame me for their negligence. The lady and team leader didn't try to help me. I know the value system henceforth they try to transfer me from pillar to post staring that they cannot assist me.
