THEY JUST DONT LISTEN.

I have already told your consultant I am paying at the ATM on Thursday the 5th yet you keep on calling me. What is wrong with you people. I have also asked that the debit order for the personal loan be changed to the 5th of each month four times. This clearly has not been done. Incompetence at it appalling worst. Just change it already.
