They increased my access

My name is maria i have two cars insured with Absa I direct, on the 20'th of June i had two separate accidents i called them and reported the accident, they investigated the matter and after they told me that i have to pay an extra access of R11000 for the first accident and the second one i have to pay extra access R3000 meaning in total i must pay R18700 just for access. The are reason for that, they say that i gave false information when i was joining the insurance, and that information was when they were asking me if i have five years driving i said yes because my license has more than five years, the other question was do i have five years driving insured cars i said yes i at work i have been driving insured vehicles for five years, the investigator called me to submit prove that I'm driving insured vehicles at work, my supervisor emailed the investigator a letter that confirms that I'm driving work vehicles and also my departmental licence, after he received that prove he called me that for fact that I'm using that vehicle only at work and not taking it home then that vehicle is tool that's why he has to increase my access. and they have voice records to prove that
