Two weeks back I was at frankfort home with my statement letter from edgers and it only has my po box address and they sad that they won't help me but there account was opened there. Now im at joburg with my Unisa statement with my home address in full still they won't help worse thing I was in the branch to do two investment accounts with them but they can't even help me to change my address because those documents will go on a wrong address.
