THEY DONT CARE
I have never struggled in my life to get answers or help from another comapny like from absa..
27 Months ago they decided it was a good idea to add their own car insurance to my account, no one bothered to ask or say or anything i asked for statements and from a payment of 4100 monthy R2329 went to this car insurance around R1200 to interest and ONLY R500 to paying off the car THUS why my blance never drops
So i send them proof of insurance i have for the last year and they removed the insurance but only refunded HALF of the R62 000 now i am unable to get a response from anyone in ABSA they just ignore my emails flat
Absolutely Disgusting service from this place

It was a ""Value added product"" added to my account by ABSA without informing me or anyone else
27 Months after it was added, i contacted ABSA to see what it is, they told me it is car insurance form HollardI told them i have my own insurance and they advised if i can supply proof of insurance for the last year they will refund the money. i supp**** proof of insurance for the last year and they Refunded only Half of R62 000 to the balance
Now i am struggling to get the other half refunded also... Attached is this value added product ABSA just added to the account and the COB before it was removed and the COB after it was removed and half refunded to the balance
Attached is also the Insurance cancelled letter from Hollard
At the moment you wont see it on the account because its been removed from the account, you would have to look at a earlier statement or something
But the MAIN problem is ABSA only refunded HALF of the money they allocated to the insurance policy which they just added..
Also see Below where ABSA confirmed the amount is refundable if i provide proof of insurance..
Once again, i have to sell my car very soon, this have been dragging on for over 2 months now i need very urgent attention and answers soon

they made a refund to me but never adjusted the COB and told me they dont provide COBs after i have received many COBs from the AVAF department
Their Amort schedule is out dated and not updated and they sent me the same one before adjustments and after adjustments
statements are correct showing an outstanding amount ver very different to the COB amount which is now MORE than what it was before any Refunds????????
So their COBs and Amort schedules are not up to date
their statements reflect true transactions but they outstanding balance cannot be trusted
SO we sit in the same place as before the problem BUT NOW, i owe Absa MORE money that what i did before this issue?
