they are refusing to pay my claim

I was bumped into by a truck while I was parked outside the road and when I placed my claim they then started asking me complicated things about my previous claims then I explained and now they are saying they wont pay out. they first asked about my first insurance that I ever took and told me I was lying and then I called the insurance myself and they confirmed my details meaning I was not lying and now they managed to come up with another story about a claim that I never mentioned of which is not true also
