There is light in these dark days

What a day. After calling your call centers multiple times and holding on for hours unend I got helped by Nicolene Mfene. She did the best she could do in her case administrator department but it was not up to her to finish my technical problem.I started calling and googling numbers again finally saw the light in Lerato Mokoena at Internet banking.Thank heavens you have someone working in your help centers. Helped with efficiency. She deserves a raise. They both do please advice to where I place that inquiry in.And please don't let me start calling again.
